Randy's Baked Macaroni & Cheese

 

Makes 6 to 8 servings 

Preheat oven to 350°

 

 1 cup macaroni      * Boil in salted water for 6 minutes * Drain in colander, rinse well under     
                                                                          running cold water to remove starch, set aside.

3 eggs                                        * Beat or whip well

                                                                     * Add and mix well together:

1 ½  cups of milk

¾     cup of evaporated milk

½     teaspoon of salt

½     teaspoon white pepper

7      dashes of Tabasco Sauce

3      tablespoons melted butter

1 ½-2  cups of grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese    (medium or mild Cheddar or Colby ok also)

* Stir in Macaroni to mixture, pour in greased 1 quart baking dish

* Sprinkle with Paprika

* Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes until soft as custard.
