
Pre-Heat Oven to 350°
Retain the broth from your turkey or chicken(s). Cool. Remove fat.
Sauté a large onion and 3 or 4 stalks of celery in butter until crystallized. Cool.
Bake a can of biscuits & a pan of cornbread muffins ( 8 to 12 depending on size). Set aside and cool
Toast 4 slices of bread. Cool.
In a large mixing bowl, break up biscuits, cornbread muffins & toast in to small pieces.
Stir together bread mixture and sautéed onion & celery.
Whip and add 3 eggs.
Add enough broth to just moisten (not soppy).
Season to taste with Black & White Pepper, Salt & Sage (if desired). Stir well.
Put mixture in greased pan or muffin cups and bake at 350° until done (appx. 30-40 min).
For a change of pace, spoon mixture into greased muffin cups and bake into individual "dressing muffins"
