Chicken Flautas

 

Chicken, cooked, de-boned & chopped

Onion, minced

Chile Sarrano, seeded 7 minced

Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded

Sour Cream

Salt, to taste

Cumino, to taste

 

 

 

 

 

Mix ingredients together adding enough sour cream to bind all together

 

Roll 2 tbsp mixture in flour tortilla

 

Fry until golden brown.

 

Serve topped with guacamole, Pico de Gallo and/or sour cream

 

 

(Also makes wonderful filling for Chile Rellenos (pronounced RAY-YEA-NOS).
