Randy's Oatmeal Raisin Cookies 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


Preheat oven to 375’

 

Mix and set aside:

 

          1 ½   cups Flour

          2       cups Uncooked Quick Oats

          1       Finely Chopped Almonds

          1       teaspoon  Baking Soda

          1       teaspoon  Salt

 

Mix until creamy:

 

          ½      cup            Butter

          ½      cup            Margarine

          ½      cup            Sugar

          1       cup            Light Brown Sugar

          1 ½   teaspoon  Vanilla

 

Blend slowly into mixture:

 

2                                                                   Eggs         

 

Add dry ingredients slowly:

 

Stir in by hand:

 

          1 ½   cups          Raisins

 

Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet for 8-10 minutes. Let cool 2 or 3 minutes.

 

Yield: About 100 - 2” Cookies
