Randy's Crushed Almond Cookies

 

 

Preheat oven to 375’

 

Mix and set aside:

 

2 ¼ cups Flour

1 teaspoon Baking Soda

1 teaspoon Salt

 

Mix until creamy:

 

½ cup Butter

½ cup Margarine

¼ cup Sugar

¾ cup Light Brown Sugar

1 teaspoon Vanilla

 

Blend slowly into mixture:

 

2     Eggs

 

Add dry ingredients slowly:

 

Stir in by hand:

 

2 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

1 cup Crushed Almonds (Walnuts or Pecans-ok)

 

Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased
baking sheet for 8-10 minutes.

 

Yield: About 100 - 2” Cookies
